A real-time fleet dispatch and tracking platform built for ground transportation operators. Drivers run a mobile app that streams their live location to the operator dashboard — even when the phone screen is locked. Operators see every vehicle on a live map, assign jobs, and monitor status without calling drivers.
LTS Voice Receptionist
A custom AI phone system for a ground transportation company that handles inbound calls end to end — no human dispatcher needed. It quotes trips, checks vehicle availability, handles round-trips and relative dates like "next Friday," suggests alternative vehicles when a party doesn't fit, and walks callers through pay-now or pay-later flows. Card data never touches the logs.
WhatsApp Dispatch Assistant
A messaging-based booking and dispatch channel for transportation clients. Customers request and confirm rides directly inside WhatsApp — the app they already use daily — without needing to call in or download anything new. The assistant handles confirmations, reminders, and status updates automatically.
SEO Content System
A custom pipeline for generating and publishing search-optimized content at volume. The system takes target keywords and briefs, produces structured long-form drafts, and publishes them to the client's CMS on a set cadence — turning a slow manual process into a consistent, scalable output.
